Hey there, I’m Jojo! I moved to New York from England in 2016, and I have a lot of strong opinions about tea. I’m always down for donuts and have a love affair with my sweatpants.
I work for a small tech company 9–5. When I moved into the tech industry from theatre I was worried that I wasn’t going to get to flex my creative muscles. So, I decided to find a hobby, and here we are!
My Grandma taught me to cross-stitch as a kid, but I hadn't picked up a hoop for twenty years. I love that embroidery gets ideas out of my head and into the world — I think creating things with your hands is rad.
My ideal day starts by taking my doggo Cooper for a walk. I’d stitch all day, perhaps I could squeeze in a nap and a few chapters of a good book, or hang out with some friends over wine.
