ABOUT ME: JOJOMIMIdesigns was created in the late hours after my first daughter was born. I would take that quiet time after she went to sleep (with a cup of strong coffee!) and create many of these designs. My shop has evolved over the years, but my love for the Chalkboard look has remained and can be found throughout my shop. I am also owner and designer of MyLoveNote designs, which is now closed. I will soon be combining my designs in one shop for simpler service and more variety.

*******Due to the volume of files, I periodically clean my computer. Once files are emailed, I leave it up to you to keep them in a safe place. Should files be lost or misplaced - I can not guarantee I will have copies and you may incur a fee to reorder replacements.

I changed my mind, Can I have a refund?
Due to the nature of digital files, I do not offer refunds. If the file arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact me via Etsy, and I will make it right.
How do I access my instant download?
Instant downloads can be found in the YOU tab under purchases and reviews in your Etsy account (not from a mobile device). In addition, Etsy sends an email order confirmation with the link to download. Always remember to check SPAM if files are not in your inbox.
