Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my downloads?
After you have placed your order and payment is confirmed you will receive an e-mail from Etsy with a link to download your files (Please check in your junk/spam folders if you don't receive this).
You can also access your files through your account.
Go to You>Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order click Download Files. This will take you to the Downloads page so you can access your files.
If you have any problems please contact me.
I purchased a digital item as a guest, how do I access my files?
If you have purchased as a guest and you don't have an Etsy account you will need to use the download link in the receipt e-mail sent to you by Etsy after your purchase was made.
*Please check your spam/junk folders if you cannot find the e-mail.

How can I contact you?
You can contact me through an Etsy conversation and I will get back to you as soon as I can (please be mindful of the time difference as I am in the UK).
My working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (UK timezone).

Why is my payment pending? And I haven't received my files.
In regards to payments processing/pending, occasionally, orders take a bit longer than normal to process. When this happens, Etsy will let you know once its complete. If your transaction is pending it could take a couple of hours before your files are available for you to download.
Can I create and sell svg files with your designs?
No, you must NOT use my designs at all in this way.
You must NOT create any svg, dxf or any cut files to sell.
You can only create these files for your own personal use, not for commercial use.
To use any of my designs to sell as cut files is strictly not allowed.
can I use your images/designs to sell items on print on demand sites such as zazzle?
Yes you can use my designs for print on demand items under the agreement that you adhere to these terms of use.
You must add your own elements to the design ie: a background, text, design elements. You must make the design unique.
You must NOT use my designs 'As Is'. My designs must NOT be placed 'As Is' on a white background to sell as a digital item.
The digital file you sell must be flattened and the images unextractable.
You must also adhere to my commercial use terms. Find these at the bottom of my items listings.
Can I create digital embroidery files to sell?
Yes you can, but you can only produce embroidery files. You must not include any of my original files in your downloads. You must not sell as svg, dxf, png, jpeg, pdf or eps. Your customers must not resell the files.
