JolieJolie Design is a small online paper goods and design shop owned by Rachel King. She specializes in custom stationery, wedding invitations and other unique design goods. Previously working at one of the top online stationery stores, Rachel developed a deeper love and appreciation for printed correspondence and stationery.
In her former life, she was graphic designer and web designer before she packed away the pixels for parenthood. Currently a stay at home mom of two young boys she is looking to make her mark int he stationery world.
Rachel still enjoys tinkering on the web, consuming large amounts of a fun drink called pearl tea and wasting away her days on Pinterest.

A $100 deposit is required for custom stationery. This deposit is required for your first set of proofs and will apply to your order total. Once we have designed your proofs the deposit cannot be refunded.
Your order includes 3 rounds of digital PDF proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have submitted your wording. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of proofs. Each set of proofs after the initial 3 sets will be $25. A printed sample proof may be requested at any time for $5 per component. Proofs take about a little less than a week to print and ship. Keep in mind this also delays the overall timeline.
Full payment on your order is required before printing begins. Full balance will be due after proof approval and before printing. Deposit will be applied to your balance at this point.

• Font changes are only accepted if they are allowed on the design for a $25 fee. Designer has carefully selected fonts for each invitation design and also not all fonts are licensed for commercial distribution therefore limiting our font selection to offer.

An 8.375% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to California.
Cancellation Policy :
For customized stationery that requires proofs, such as wedding invitations, save the dates, menus, programs or personalized place cards, there is a cancellation fee of 25% or $100, whichever is greater, if you cancel your order after your proofs have been emailed. Fees are applied because the design work has already been started in these proofs.
Once you have approved your proofs and the printing process has been started, you cannot cancel your order.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refund or exchange for goods in their original condition within 15 days of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping.
Because these invitations are personalized, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
