5 out of 5 starsWOW! After personal and very professional communication with Joli I ordered the brown with green case for my new 11" Macbook air (2011). After waiting several weeks for the new laptop to be released I got it today and it fits like a glove and looks very professional. It is a snug fit so no concerns of the laptop sliding out and provides the protection I was looking for. The case is extremely well made, stitching is flawless and the leather is very rich looking. The personal touches Joli provided, thank you card with art work, really showed her connection to the customer. Thank you so much Joli!

5 out of 5 starsGreat communication by Joli in my Native language ;) My 11 inch Macbook Air sleeve was shipped in one day so that was also perfect! Quality is outstanding (I'm only using it two days so I hope it lasts as long as my Macbook Air :) ) but I think that won't be any problem. First item bought with Etsy.com!

Joli is a pleasure to deal with, communicates excellently and swiftly and is so keen to help and work with you to produce exactly the product you're looking for. I asked Joli to customise an iPad2 cover for me and just a week later it has arrived and looks AMAZING! Thank you so much Joli - I couldn't be happier with it! :) Now I just need to think of all the other things I can ask Joli to make covers for!

There is no tracking or insurance (the 13" sleeves are an exception, I ship them with TNT basic priority but with tracking) .
- I also can offer UPS express. If you would like that, please contact me, I'll check the shipping costs to your country.
- I’m not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost or misplaced orders.
- If you do want insurance on your order, please contact me by email and I’ll send you an adjusted invoice.
- I don’t write “gift” on your package and I'm not responsible for international fees and tariffs.

* sometimes I make a few sleeves of the same color. I make one photo, so it can happen that your sleeve is not on the photo. I'll try to make every sleeve exactly as the photo, but it's still unique and handmade :-) If you want to know more about this, please contact me, I'll be happy to inform you about the item or make more pictures.
