Hello and welcome to my crafty corner where I sell my dolly knitting patterns and yarn to make them with :)

Payment
I accept PayPal only.
Shipping
I will endeavour to send out your order within 2-3 working days. I send everything by first class, and airmail small packets for overseas customers, This is the cheapest way of sending international parcels but does not include tracking so if a parcel does not arrive I can try and claim compensation but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 90 days at which point i can refund you. Cheaper surface mail option is available if you are not in a hurry for your item. If you would like your items sent by registered post or International signed for please convo me before hand and I can get you a new quote. I will email you to let you know when your item has been dispatched.


For International buyers, sometimes customs charges or taxes may be charged to you when you receive your order. This has happened to me in the past when buying from America, and you should be aware that this might happen to you. You would have to pay these charges and I have no way of telling wether this will happen or not so sorry if it does!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with an item for any reason I will refund on return within 28 days, but you must pay the return postage. If an item is lost or damaged on arrival, please keep it in its original packaging and contact me straight away. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been sent but i will have proof of postage and will assist in claiming compensation from the postal service or courier.

I am also bound by the distance selling regulations please see below

If you are a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to me in good order.


You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract.
