As long as I can remember I've loved creating. In my adult years, I've applied this love in several ways - as a designer, a marketing professional, a photographer, and most recently as a lettering artist and surface pattern designer.

What I love most about hand lettering and pattern design is how each new piece is a unique expression of how I see a subject or phrase, and it can be translated into so many final forms (as a print, on fabric, in thread, in wood, and the list goes on). While working employed full time as a marketing professional and designer, I began spending my free time obsessively lettering and designing patterns (it was like a big breath of fresh air each time!) and quickly fell head over heels (AND built up quite the collection)! It was thrilling to see my visions come to life on the page as I used pencil to sketch, then carefully inked, and thoughtfully digitized the finishing touches on each design. It wasn't long before my mind began to wander, imaging all the ways these designs could be turned into finished product, and the idea for this shop was born.

I admit to putting it off because, let's be honest, it's a lot of work and kind of intimidating! But one day, as friends encouraged me to sell some custom tees, I jumped head first into officially opening my shop. And I'm so glad I did! As a seasoned entrepreneur, moving into the retail space was a new adventure, but the skills I learned from years of working with freelance design and marketing clients have served me well in the early days of opening my shop.

My vision was to open a store that mixed my custom hand lettering and pattern designs with unique home decor, home goods, stationery, apparel, and other products you can't find anywhere else - each designed by hand in my Kansas City studio, concepted, sketched, inked, and packaged with love, then sent straight to your doorstep for you to cherish for years to come. Initially you'll find classic products like fine art prints, stationery, and apparel. As I experiment with new materials, you'll find wood, fabrics, and other items added to the store. You'll notice themes throughout the store, including color, subject matter and usage. I love designing these collections and I hope you enjoy them just as much as I do!

All of my items are custom designed by me. Each hand lettered item, illustration, and pattern set is the result of hours of thoughtful sketching, inking, digitizing, and finishing. I believe in using only professional, high-quality inks, papers, and other materials in my finishing process.

Returns and exchanges
Every effort has been made to accurately describe and represent the items within the shop. It is my goal to ensure you love the items you purchase from the shop, and I am ready to help resolve any issues that may come up. Please message me as soon as possible if you are not happy with your item for any reason.

EXCHANGES
If you receive an incorrect item, please message me within 3 days of receipt. Buyer will be requested to return the item (without damage and in the original packaging) within 10 days of receipt. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, however I will cover the cost of shipping the correct item in exchange.

RETURNS
If an item arrives defective or not as described, please message me within 3 days of receipt. As long as the item is not damaged and is returned in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt, a full refund will be issued MINUS shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping an item both ways if there is a return. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

**If you are shipping an item back, please make sure to send in a WELL PADDED envelope or MEDIA TUBE via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with TRACKING and the correct amount of postage. If no tracking number is provided, buyer is responsible for any missing items. Please also include with your return package, a note that lists your name, order number, and mailing address.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the nature of the product, no refunds or exchanges are available for instant digital downloads.
Payment
We accept credit card, PayPal, and gift card payment through Etsy Direct Checkout. Payment should be received within 24 hours of purchase. Items must be paid in full before shipping can occur.

Taxes may apply to some buyers living within the United States, as required by law.

International buyers are responsible for any and all applicable customs or duties fees that may be incurred.

CANCELLATION
Fine Art Prints are created as ordered in order to ensure the best quality. For this reason, orders that include a Fine Art Print, which are cancelled within 48 hours will receive a full refund, however, cancellations received after 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

For those items listed in PRE-ORDER, pre-order dates will be listed. If cancellation is received before the end of the item pre-order, you will be entitled to a full refund, however cancellations received after the pre-order has expired will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Once an item is no longer in pre-order status, normal cancellation policies will apply.

Shipping
**PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ETSY ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE** Items will ship to the address listed in your Etsy account. If your order should be sent to a different address, please include the address in the notes of your order, or message me immediately after placing your order.

Typically items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. PRE-ORDER items will specify shipping dates within the item description. We mail out every Tuesday and Friday, unless otherwise stated.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All items are shipped USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail. Items should arrive within 3 to 5 days once you have received shipment notice. Tracking and delivery confirmation is included on domestic packages and will be sent to you once the item has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to most countries. International orders are shipped First Class Mail International and are subject to customs inspection which might delay delivery. Please note orders shipped internationally typically arrive within 1 to 4 weeks, but could take up to 6 or more weeks to deliver. Tracking information on International packages is limited, however your local post office should be able to locate the package by the Customs form number. **International buyers are responsible for any and all applicable customs or duties fees that may be incurred.**

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
While I make sure to package items with care, there is always a chance that a package may become damaged or be lost in shipping. I will be happy to help you file a claim for any lost or damaged packages, however I'm unable to assume responsibility for the loss or damage. I want to make sure you receive your orders, and will be here to help if an issue should arise.
