How it looks. The embroidering was done to perfection and get a lot of compliments on the workmanship.

All custom/reserved listing must be paid for with 7 days of the requested listing. After that time, the listing will be removed along with any special pricing specified between the buyer and our shop.
Most other items will ship USPS First Class. If you need your item to get to you faster, please email me and we'll see what we can do!
Refunds and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately if you need another size! After 7 days, all sales are final, unless an item is found to be defective... these items will be replaced at no charge to you. (Unless the damage is found to be due to your pet!).
PLEASE measure your pet accurately before ordering mut-luks and/or anoraks as these items cannot be sold to another customer if they have been worn by your pet (other than the initial "tried on" to see if they fit).
Mut-luks can be exchanged for another size ONLY. Remember, I only have your measurements and other information to go by when I suggest a size and that is only as accurate as the information you provide to me. Please contact me and we will go from there. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Authorized returns must be in "as new" condition and are for shop credit or exchange only unless found defective. Exchanges will be only accepted in re-sellable conditions (no dog hair, no urine stains, no sign of wear or wash). No reimbursement of shipping and handling charges will be granted. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
Please don't order mut-luks for your pet if you know he won't wear other boots or doesn't like his paws touched... refunds will not be given for your pet rejecting our dog boots.
If you need help measuring your pet feel free to contact me. Any and all questions will be answered promptly.
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 5 days and I will work out an exchange or in store credit. (Minus shipping).
Unauthorized returns are at the buyers risk. Refund will be determined on condition item is in when received by us. For example, if you return a set of mut-luks without authorization, you do so at your own risk and refund amount is at our discretion. If a boot has been tried on or they show wear, we have the right deduct a percentage from the refund. We may subtract up to 50% of items original cost as these items will be donated to our local animal shelter at a loss to our small business.
Shipping is non-refundable.

We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit...Priority Mail allows you to track your shipment should it not arrive to to us. Insurance is up to the buyer.
All items marked down for clearance are non-refundable.
If any item is found defective, we will replace it free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
