Payment
Please pay via PayPal within 24 hours of purchase. Orders will not be started until payment is cleared.
Shipping
Most things are made to order, please allow a max. of up to 4 days before shipping, unless a specified time has been arranged for multiple or custom orders which may need more time to complete.

Everything is shipped by ground unless otherwise specified. It generally can take up to 2 weeks depending on location. USA orders are shipped via 'air small packet.'
Tracking is not included. If you would really like tracking let me know and I can adjust the shipping price.

Please allow that I cannot be held responsible for any delay by customs or for mismatched addresses on Paypal.

In the event that your order is needed for a specific date please let me know to see if delivery is possible under normal shipping arrangements. If not we can look into an expedited service that would be an additional charge.

In the event that something takes longer I will open an investigation with Canada Post and refund the money 75 days from the time it was shipped to confirm that it was in fact lost.

Everything will ship within the time indicated above as soon as your payment is processed.
