Due to the nature of the Personalized products, You are responsible for providing all the appropriate and accurate information for the personalization. In very, very rare instances, where an order is placed without any info for personalization and no messages or responses are given, you're item will be mailed out blank. If you provide too much personalization that is over the character limit or line limit, there may be times where I have to 'do my best' to make it work. There may also be times where I may have to add a character like a dash to get the personalization to look right. I don't accept cancellations / exchanges / returns

Please do not enter emojis into the personalization section. There are no options for those, so they would just be ignored.

Full names will not be printed in all caps. This is due to spacing limits and that the capital script letters don’t look good together. If you type a name in all caps, only the 1st letter in each word will be capitalized.
Because the capital letters often do not look great together, I do not recommend doing initials. Some of the capital letters have much more scroll which isn't as noticeable when spread out over a full name but doesn't look quite right when they are so close together in the case of initials

I am not able to mail to Prisons, Jails, and detention centers. Please understand they will typically not accept mail from residential locations which is the case with my home Business.

Please do not order and have it sent to one of these places

All printing is done in 18 pt Goudy Script for text. The word 'and' will always be replaced with the '&' symbol for space and lay out reasons. Other available symbols are

If you type symbols other than these, I will just have to "do my best" to make it work

Orders ship within the advertised number of business days. This processing time can change during the year and due to order volume so please do make note of what it is currently.

I offer free standard shipping on orders over $35
Free standard shipping is slow, it typically takes about a week but can take much longer if there are delays with the post office. Once its shipped its just literally out of my hands so I can't guarantee an exact delivery date with the free standard shipping.

If you need your item quick, I recommend the Priority Mail option which should get it to you in 2-3 mailing days after it has shipped

It is my experience that the Standard Free shipping option can take a month or more to arrive to these places. While they qualify for the shipping rate, they do not qualify for the Arrival times. I do not recommend the Free media mail shipping option, I would highly recommend the Priority Mail option to these places
