Welcome to Jorisna's Etsy shop! Here you will find quality vintage items at affordable prices. All new handcrafted items are by me. I use only quality materials. Many components have been purchased during travel. Others are repurposed/recycled and are noted as such in the description. As a rule, I only make something once, so you will have a true one-of-a-kind designer item. Please note that handmade jewelry and knitwear is delicate! I will refund within 7 days of receipt if item is in the same new, unworn condition as it was when sent to you. Earrings, however, cannot be returned. Refund will be the purchase price minus shipping. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense.

I cannot guarantee antique and vintage items. Although I find that they are most often made better than anything made currently, they may contain hidden defects due to age and care by any previous owner(s). Please be careful with these treasures!
Payment
Payments are due at time of purchase. Payments not received within three days will be considered non-payment. Paypal, money orders, and checks once cleared are accepted methods of payment. Note that you can use Paypal with a credit card, without a Paypal account.
Shipping
Currently, everything in the shop has free shipping. This gives you the exact amount of the transaction without having to figure in any shipping or handling!

Shipping charges are noted in the listing. Contact me for international shipping or larger orders. On international orders, buyer is responsible for customs fees. I will ship internationally at cost. We will agree in advance on an estimate; I will refund the overage and email a copy of the receipt. It is my desire to keep costs down for everyone. I will use recycled packing materials whenever possible and will absorb handling costs when I cannot .

Items are created in a smoke-free environment. I do have two dogs, but work area and office are pet-free.

Sterling silver can be cleaned with a polishing cloth, as it will oxidize when exposed. Chemicals should not be used, especially on anything containing gemstones or pearls. All knitwear will be listed with fabric content. Please follow the directions for use and care. My work is copyrighted.
