We accept Paypal, I am a buisness user of paypal, so buyers can pay via, electronic check, credit card through paypal. Or from the customers paypal balance.
I also accept personal checks and money orders.
I ship within 3 buisness days of recieveing Cleared payment (e-checks, and mailed in personal checks, take 5-10 days to clear).
Tax is charged to Minnesota addresses.
Cancellations need to be done before the item is shiped.
Shipping
I ship useing the US Post Office. They have been very good in the way the handle the packages, and they are affordable.
All pottery is packaged in 2 inches of bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and a good cardboard box. I use recycled boxes when I can.
All pottery is shiped with insurance (but I have not had any claims useing the Post Office.)
International customs forms will bear price payed per item.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you get something and are not 100% satisfied, I weclome you returning it for a refund, minus the shipping charge. Return Shiping is the responsablity of the buyer.

Please let me know if you do get something your not pleased with, there maybe another solution, instead of returning it.

Returns need to be returned with in 7 days of receiving it.

Broken pots are the responsablity of the buyer to bring to the post office, within 7 days of delivery, so that a insurance claim can be filed. ( I have had not had any pots break using the Post Office, breakage with Cone 10 Stoneware is not likely.)

I am not responsibly for anything lost in transit. But all pottery is insured, it is my understanding the post office, will pay on losses after 30 days of non delivery.
