Welcome to Josh Urso Design's Online Showroom. This showroom is an extension of our primary website, www.joshursodesign.com and is meant to offer some of our best selling modern furniture and lighting products to online shoppers. All of our pieces are hand made to order in our New Jersey studio. Due to the nature of our process and our materials, each piece is an individual and it may vary slightly from what you see in the images.

Returns and exchanges
All of our pieces are made to order. We work with our clients to insure that they are informed buyers. We will provide material samples upon request. That being said, we do not accept returns. Shop responsably. Please ask all your questions before you purchase. We are happy to give you all the information you will need to make a sound decision to buy.
Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card, Paypal, check, and money order. If paying with check or money order, please pay for your order within 7 days. Make the check or money order payable to "Josh Urso Design" and let us know when it is in the mail. We begin production as soon as payment is received.
Shipping
We ship our items via UPS. They are reasonably priced, generally fast, and usually reliable. We include insurance in our shipping costs because it is affordable and it is one way to keep your items safe. Although we have never had a problem, we have heard the horror stories.

UPS provides tracking codes for all their shipments. We will contact you with this information when a package goes out. This makes it easy to determine the whereabouts of a package. Because of this feature, we do not accept responsability for lost or stolen packages.

It is the buyer's responsability to inspect a package before it is signed for. Open your package in front of the delivery person and make sure it has arrived safely. If a package arrives and it does appear damaged in any way (ie dented box corner, smashed box, opened box, sliced box), it is your responsability to open the package in front of the delivery person and to inspect it. If it is damaged in any way, do not sign for the package and pursue a claim with UPS immediately. If you are not present when the package arrives and it appears damaged in any way, save all the packing materials, take photos if necessary, and get in touch with UPS within a day or so to pursue a claim.

We pack all our items in doublewall cartons padded with upholstery foam. We have shipped them around the world without a single claim.
