Payment is generally required within 24 hours, however if you need an extra day or two for some reason or other, let me know, I’ll be happy to keep the item on hold for you. (max.5 days). Without a request for “on hold” order will be cancelled after 24 hrs!

Want to pay by credit card, but not a PayPal member? PayPal will still process your order. Just select PayPal at checkout to provide your credit card number

Need to cancel?
You can cancel your item within 24 hours from order even if you already paid. After that your package will most likely be on it’s way to you, canceling would not be possible anymore.
Shipping worldwide from the Netherlands, item ships after payment is received.

Shipping costs may vary for different countries, and are subject to weight and size of the packages.

Packages are sent with Priority label, and, where possible a Track and Trace number, so they will arrive at your door as soon as possible.

I use the PostNL national Dutch postal services. All shipping rates and times are taken from their website at

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or for other reasons want to send it back to me and obtain your money back please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item(s). I will fully refund the item upon receiving it back in its original condition.

- Refunds will only be given if item(s) is received by me within 3 weeks of contact date.
- Return shipping fees are not included in refunds

In event that something has gone wrong while shipping and you receive your item damaged through mail let me know as soon as possible, by e-mail with photograph of damaged unopened package, so we can work it out together, I am more than willing to help my costumers out when needed.
