Payment

Please make payment via PayPal or Money Order.

Shipping

Item(s) will be shipped within two(2-5) days receipt of payment.Item(s )will be shipped via USPS anywhere by standard delivery unless specificaly noted otherwise by the buyer.
DOMESTIC shipments within the United States are shipped via USPS first-class (2-4 business days). Please contact me if you would like a different shipping method, and I can change the price appropriately. You can additional bay Priority shipping for extra $3.00 , it's take 2 days delivery.

INTERNATIONAL shipments are mailed international first-class mail, (10-14 days unless customs holds it for a longer period, which is out of our control, and very rare). Please contact me if you would like a different shipping method, and I can change the price appropriately.

******* Joyfulknitting is not responsible for any customs or duties charges on International shipments. We are also not responsible if the postal service loses a package. Though this is a rare occurrence, we recommend purchasing insurance. Please contact me if you would like to do so.*******

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be happy. The first step in this process is that I provide quality products that I believe you will love. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of your product when received (please email us with specific details), or in the event that a piece is damaged in transit to you, we will exchange your piece or provide a refund* The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

*all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Returns and refunds are not accepted on any items that have been damaged as a result of customer mishandling or circumstances outside of our control. For health reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted on hairpieces if an item has been worn.

Absolutely no refunds or exchanges are accepted for custom orders. All custom work is final sale.

Please keep in mind that I am a small business, not a large company with a lot product margin. Returns are not ideal, but we do realize they are a necessary part of business in some circumstances. If you are considering purchasing several items and returning all but one, please let us guide you to the piece that is right for you before you purchase.
