Thank you for visiting Joyfully Made/Three Little Princesses Boutique! We strive to provide you with quality handmade products at affordable prices. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Currently we accept payment through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use PayPal, and you can easily use your credit card during PayPal checkout. :-) If you have any questions at all about this, please let me know! PLEASE check our homepage for current turn around times prior to ordering. Each order is handmade by me unless noted as ready to ship, and takes some time. We do not accept cancellations due to a lack of viewing our turn around times, but we will exchange your order to something that would be more useful to you at a later date.
We usually ship through the USPS, either first class or priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Once the item has left our studio and been placed with the USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance please let us know. We ship to your etsy address given at checkout, so PLEASE make sure that this is correct. We do NOT give refunds if for some reason the address that is given during the checkout process is incorrect.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns. We also do not offer refunds for failure to check our turn around time which is clearly stated on our homepage prior to ordering.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Right now we are not accepting any new wholesale accounts. At times ribbons/flowers/fabric/trim/headband colors and type might vary due to availability, but rest assured that your order will always match and look fabulous!
