Thank you for your interest in my sewing. Each item is handmade with love and care and finished to the best of my ability. No two items will be exactly alike since they are individually cut out and sewn.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Please if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If an item that you purchase does not fit or isn't what you wanted for some reason, you may return it in new condition for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. You will need to pay the return postage. There is no fee for an exchange, but if you would like to simply return the item, there will be an $8 - $10 handling fee.

Please contact me right away if there is a problem with an item.
Payment
I prefer PayPal payments, but if you would like to pay with check or money order, please feel free to ask. Payments should be made within 3 days of purchase.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can get that taken care of.
Shipping
I will mail your package usually within 1 day of receiving payment. Your item with be packaged in a tissue paper lined box to keep the garments clean and will be mailed through the USPS. I will be shipping the item the cheapest way possible.

I will gladly combine shipping if you order more than one item.

If you need your order quickly and would like to choose a faster mailing option, please contact me before you send payment so that we can work those details out.

All items were created and sewn in a non smoking and pet free home.

If you are ordering a custom made item, the time frame for that order will depend on how many orders I have at the moment. I will do my best to give you an accurate time frame when you order.
