REFUNDS: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately and return to me within 1 week of receiving your order, in its original condition and packaging. Please mail to:

Once I have received and inspected the item, I will send you an exchange item, or refund you via Paypal, per your preference. If you are interested in making an exchange, the new item will ship free of charge. Exchanges may not be combined with any coupons or special offers. If you are exchanging for a higher priced item, I will invoice you the difference via Paypal, and will ship once the original item has been returned AND your payment has cleared. If you are exchanging for a less expensive item, I will refund you the difference via Paypal.

LOSS/DAMAGE: I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage caused by USPS. If you're interested in purchasing insurance through USPS to cover against these possibilities, please let me know and I can adjust your invoice.

Payment
I accept Paypal and most major credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to pay online! At checkout, choose "Pay with Paypal" and when you get to the Paypal page, click "Continue" next to the small form that says "Don't have a Paypal account? Pay with your credit card or bank account" and you'll be directed to a safe, secure page to enter your credit card info.

Orders are shipped once payment has cleared; please plan accordingly.
Shipping
Original artwork is shipped directly from me in Rumford RI and carefully packaged.

Art reproductions are shipped directly from my family-owned printer in upstate New York. They go to very careful measures to ensure items are shipped carefully and professionally, and they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on print quality.

Items ship USPS Priority mail within three business weekdays (M-F) of cleared payment. International orders ship First Class International, which can sometimes take up to three full weeks.

I try and keep shipping costs as low as possible for my customers - therefore, if you are interested in any of the following additions or upgrades, please let me know:

-Tracking or delivery confirmation
-Insurance
-Expedited shipping

If you are purchasing as a gift for someone else and would like the item(s) to be sent directly to the recipient with a note from you, please message me.
