Custom and personalized orders

Some of my products can be personalized. Please see item descriptions for details. If you have questions regarding a custom request, please message me and I’d be happy to discuss whether or not I could accommodate the customization.

Is this real foil or printed to look like foil?

My cards are made with real foil. Each card is handmade with real foil applied to the paper using heat and pressure. This is not clever printing or color choices.

Why does the color looks different than on my computer?

Everyone's computer screen has different color settings. Because of this, I cannot guarantee the color on your item will perfectly match your computer screen.

When will my order ship?

READY-MADE ITEMS:
You can expect your order to ship 1-2 business days after your purchase date. This does not include weekends or holidays.

CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS:
You can expect your order to ship 3-5 business days after your purchase date. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Do you offer any discounts or coupons?

My order didn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date. What now?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let me know via Etsy message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so I may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, I will do everything I can to work with you towards a solution, including contact the postal service to locate your order.

I entered the wrong address upon checkout. Help!

If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, and your package has not shipped yet, simply contact me to correct the delivery address.

If the order has already been shipped, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to me. Once I receive your return order, I will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re-shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

How can I track my order?

To track your order in the USA, visit the tab labeled “Purchases and Reviews” within your Etsy account. Within this tab, you’ll find all of your existing orders, as well as your tracking. You can also click HERE: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases?ref=hdr_user_menu.

Can I return my item(s)?

Due to the nature of my customized products, I cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders. These orders cannot be resold, therefore, I ask that you please contact me with any questions before making a purchase.

If you didn’t absolutely love your non-custom order, I am happy to refund your purchase after the item arrives back to me. Please message me via Etsy within 7 days of the item’s arrival. Return shipping cost is your responsibility. Once the order has arrived and I have inspected it for damage, I will issue a refund. Only returned items in their original condition will be refunded.
