:: JOYROAD :: the intersection where beauty and function meet...
Welcome to my shop. For those of you who have enjoyed my creations at art shows and taken my business cards over the years, only to find my etsy shop empty, thank you for your patience, THIS IS FOR YOU! I'm currently reconstructing my site, taking pictures, etc. I'll have this etsy site up and running again later this month. In the meantime, if you'd like to make a purchase, send me a convo and I'll send you pictures & info about what I currently available. I'm taking sales through paypal.

For those who've signed up on my email list, I'll let you know when I have my grand opening here. In the meantime, I'll be uploading many of my creations to this shop. I'll also keep you up to date on my whereabouts, so you know if I'll be in your area showing my FULL COLLECTION live and in person. If you'd like to be on my EMAIL LIST, to be updated on shows, sales and discounts, **please send me a convo with your email address**.

AND stay tuned... in 2019 I'll have an independent website: JOYROADJEWELRY.COM.

Check back here for the occasional sales and promo codes.

I WELCOME CUSTOM ORDERS, individual, group, wedding and any other special occasion. I enjoy the synergy of custom jewelry design.
Let me know what you are looking for...

Do you have a brick and mortar shop?? Want to purchase wholesale?
Please convo me for wholesale pricing and minimum buying requirements.

Please check out my other etsy shop ::HERBCRAFT::

    About

When I was 19, I moved to Sedona and, without even fully knowing why, decided I needed to learn to make jewelry.
Within weeks, the universe found me a gig apprenticing with an highly skilled jeweler who learned the craft at a trade school in New York.
I was continually amazed at the level of mastery he had in metalcraft and lapidary. We went to Tucson (Gem Show), he set me up with a jewelry bench and some basic tools and slowly began to show me what he knew. And so, through synchronicity, my journey into the trade began to unfold...
    Fastforward a few cycles...
I've learned many crafts and healing arts since those tender years, and as life does, my path has circled around to find me creating jewelry again.
I've always LOVED designing jewelry, and now more than ever, I've been evolving a style that reflects my inner landscape and aesthetic.
And my process is simpler now.
I say that my work is like designing and making a quilt. I don't create the "fabric," but I create a design, of metal and stone parts, and build something unique. Something greater than the parts.
    My work is a synthesis.
Synthesis :: the act of combining elements to form something new ::
:: the act of combining different things to make a whole ::
It is a joy to create with my hands and share what I love.
I marvel every time I see the treasures I've made in my workshop out in the world, with a life of their own. What an honor to spread handcrafted beauty across a landscape that is too often dull and homogenous.
