Hi, my name is Joy Elsner and I live in Bellingham, WA. I started making jewelry about 9 years ago. My first project was dragonfly pins, which I sold to church friends. This progressed to making necklaces and now I make watches, bracelets, earrings and much more. It has slowly evolved into a passion for me. I love buying beads and putting them together in a design. The challenge for me is trying to figure out how to put the beads together in a different way each time. I prefer to make one-of-kind pieces rather than to mass produce one.

I have done special orders for friends, and would welcome custom orders. I will be glad to try and meet your request.

My goal is to have all orders shipped out within 48 hours. I will notify you right away if I am unable to ship within the 48 hours.

I use the US. Postal Service for shipping. For orders weighing 1 pound or less, I will ship USPS Priority Mail for U.S. domestic orders and Priority to Canada.

Other international orders will have a $15.00 shipping and handling fee and will be sent Global Priority Mail or Global Airmail for those countries that don't receive Global Priority Mail. Any and all customs fees will be the responsibility of the receiver.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 10 days for a full refund, or I will credit the price towards another item if you like. Please include a note as to why you are dissatisfied. I appreciate any feedback. All returns should be sent to: Joy Elsner, P. O. Box 28385, Bellingham, WA 98228.
Additional policies and FAQs
I stand behind the quality of my product 100%. Should your piece be damaged due to a component defect or workmanship, I will be happy to replace or repair the piece at no charge to you.

While my jewelry will hold up under normal use, there is always the chance that something unforeseen could happen to damage the piece. I can reassemble most pieces for a modest price using new beads and findings as needed.

Since my pieces are one of kind, I may not always have the same beads on hand. I will do my best to match your beads though.
