1 out of 5 starsIn the item description, it clearly says to pick initial or custom name, one word only. I sent my names and after purchase, received a message that only initials are available so she just made them with the first letter of the names. One was a nickname, so instead of Elaine getting Laney, she will get an 'L' that means nothing to her? Plus the quality of the items aren't great either. The metal is bent around the edges inside by the initial. I'm disappointed with this purchase.

Shipping
All items will be carefully packed and shipped in bubble-wrapped envelope. Some items may come to you in a box. Shipping and handling charges are inclusive of wrapping, packaging and postage charges.
All item(s) will be shipped from Malaysia via registered airmail to your ETSY SHIPPING ADDRESS, unless we are notified otherwise.
Delivery may take approximately 15 to 30 business days, depending on your location and subject to custom clearance. It may take longer period to be delivered during peak and holiday seasons.
Signature is required for delivery. If no one is at home, you will receive a card to collect your parcel from local post office. If you fail to collect during the stated time frame, parcel will be returned as "unclaimed". You will need to pay for shipping for re-delivery.
