Perfect! Bought this for my wedding and Joy went wayyy above and beyond to help me get the perfect comb! I love it, thank you for the great product and service!
Everything in my shop is handcrafted by myself and is either one of a kind or limited edition. (Limited editions usually run about 3 to 6 pieces.) I use a variety of natural materials in my creations, from seashells and electroplated flowers and leaves to freshwater pearls and gemstones. Due to the natural nature of these elements, some variation in color and texture as well as minor imperfections may occur, but should be minimal.
The natural resources of our world provide us with an array of stunning and beautiful materials to work with and enjoy. But we should do so with care and respect for the very environments which produce such wonders. With this in mind, I donate a portion of the proceeds from this shop to the NRDC, whose mission is to protect wildlife and the wild places of the North American continent. Caring for your new treasure:
Protect from extreme temperatures, shower, swimming pools, salt water, and prolonged exposure or storage in direct sunlight. It is wise to remove rings and large bracelets when working with your hands, such as performing household tasks, gardening and using abrasive materials.
Do not expose to chemicals or alcohol-based products such as perfume, hairspray, household cleaners or nail polish remover. Please only clean with professional products that are specifically formulated for the specific materials involved. If you have any questions about how to care for specific items in my collection, please convo me and I would be happy to guide you.
Store delicate items individually (to prevent scratches and other damage) in the soft pouch provided in a cool, dry place.
Accepted payment methods

Be aware that e-checks can take up to five business days to clear and I won't be able to ship until payment is confirmed.
If payment is not received within 48 hours of order placement, the transaction will be cancelled and the item re-listed.
Delivery confirmation is included to addresses within the U.S.
International shipping is available. USPS International Mail can take up to 2-4 weeks, depending on the country of destination, and may take longer during the holiday period. Please be aware that there may be additional customs charges on international orders depending on your own country's policies, and that these fees are your responsibility. It is the responsibility of the customer to be informed of customs fees and dues before ordering so they can be prepared to pay them when order arrives.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct in both Etsy and Paypal. I cannot be responsible for re-shipping charges if an item is returned for an incorrectly provided address. In such cases, the customer will be asked to pay for the reshipment of the parcel.
Refunds and Exchanges

Please send your items back to me in the original packaging via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx), as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
If you are considering purchasing several items and returning all but one, please let me guide you to the piece that is right for you before you purchase, as we do not offer refunds – exchange only. Please also be aware that exchanges are not accepted on any items that have been damaged as a result of customer mishandling, or for hair accessories that have been worn.
Additional policies and FAQs
Although many Etsy sellers cite pearl grades (AAA+, AAA, AA, etc.) on their listings, there is no universal pearl grading system – which means that anyone specifying a pearl grade is using their own subjective opinion, which may not coincide with yours. Rather than risk this slippery slope, I have provided very detailed photographs that reflect the beautiful and unique imperfections in each strand. Personally, I like imperfect pearls; they distinguish a natural material from a synthetic one.
Please feel free to contact me anytime. I try to respond to all emails and Etsy messages within 48 hours of receiving them - sooner if possible. If you have any problems please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I will do my very best to fix the problem and make you a happy customer!

Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect world; glitches occur occasionally. When these things happen, it is frustrating for everyone involved.
