My general philosophy (as I'm prompted to describe here) is to try new things and have fun doing it. I love to figure out how to do things on my own and then share it with others. This shop is another outlet for that.

Returns and exchanges
I hope you enjoy your item, but there are always unforeseen circumstances. To that end, I will provide refunds on the rare occasion that your item is defective. I strive to make high quality handmade items and would hate to see you disappointed with your product. However, color variations* and size differences are not acceptable refund or exchange reasons. I provide sizing and color descriptions in each of my posts to prevent this scenario as best I can.

Should you have difficulty with your item, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to rectify the situation within my means.

*Please note that computer monitors display colors differently. I can't account for variations in color. The image that you see is of the product you buy. I try to provide adjectives that best express the color of the item to account for any differences, so items cannot be refunded or exchanged because of different color displays.
My primary payment methods are PayPal and credit cards via PayPal. Feel free to contact me if you have unusual circumstances. We might be able to work something out.

For custom orders: if you need to cancel, please do so within 48 hours of placing your order. We can deal with deadlines and other concerns for custom orders on an as needed basis.
Your handmade item will be shipped within three days of purchase. My primary shipper is the USPS and I believe in delivery confirmation. If you would like your item insured, please let me know and I will provide you with an invoice. I am not responsible for lost or stolen uninsured packages. Depending on the size of your item, it will be shipped in either a padded envelope or a small-ish box (flat rate if it fits).

I'm only shipping to the U.S. right now because I'm new to this and don't want jump straight into the deep end.
