➤ Production / Shipping Times
All orders are custom made at one of our professional print partners and ship within 3-7 business days. The delivery date shown on product pages are estimates as we cannot guarantee delivery times due to covid-19 delays. Tracking info will be provided. If you need your order by a specific date please let us know and we will do our best. Thank you for your understanding.
➤ HOLIDAY DEADLINE: Approx December 5. We cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas due to possible shipping delays.
➤ Are there any import fees/duty?
No import fees or duty within Canada or the USA. There may be internationally.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us. Quality and service is our utmost priority.
Canvas wraps & metal prints cannot be returned, however if your order has been damaged in transit or if there is a quality issue, we are happy to provide a replacement.
*We cannot provide a replacement or refund if you have exchanged your phone for a different device following order placement or wish you ordered a different size. Please review the order email after placing the order - if you need to change or cancel the order please contact us within 12 hours after purchase.
