I have gotten three mugs now from Judy as gifts for my husband and father-in-law. They have all been hits. Thanks Judy!

Love this little lamp! I have other lamps I don't use much because no matter how much I adjust the wick, the flame gets too big and it smokes. This one burns perfectly. We've used it daily since it arrived and couldn't be happier with it.

About

I Love Working with Clay!

My Ceramic Studio is in my basement. I work part-time in a Grocery Store and I also repair Electric Kilns. Working with clay is when I come alive. When I get home from work I go to the basement and the world goes away! I used to produce pottery all year and have an annual studio sale. I would send out invitations and people would come and bring friends to my pottery sale. When I adopted 2 boys in the early 90's, I stopped making pottery for a while. There was not time to work and take care of 2 kids and make pottery. I started back in the studio in January of 2014. It has been heaven. I had forgotten how much I love working with clay. Now the thought of an annual studio sale in my home seems overwhelming. So I decided to open an Etsy Shop. I have always enjoyed making functional work. I use my own pots in my kitchen all the time. As I continue to produce more pots, I will post them here for you to see. Come back and see my work again soon.

I really enjoy working with clay. I took up fly fishing in 1998 and have incorporated my love of fishing into some of my pottery. This year I added some slab work and am now working with an extruder. The magic of clay is still with me.

Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

I do make custom and personalized orders. I prefer to work leisurely and need plenty of time to get an order ready. A 30 day time period is necessary for me to make and fire your customized order.

Care instructions

All of my pottery is dish washer safe and microwave safe. It can be used in the oven, but can not withstand direct flame either on the stove or under the broiler.

Sizing details

I try to include the size of the pieces by measuring each one when I list it. I also try to determine how much liquid a vessel holds. If you have questions, please contact me.
