[ju:el] is a label that design and produce Androgynous Titanium jewelry - for both men and women.

The design is made by Ulrika Lindmark and her idea is that the costumer will be involved in making their own jewelry, for a more personal touch. The jewelry have a industrial, edging style that fits as everyday wear to the more festive times in life. Her ambition is that the costumers will be involved in making their own jewelry to something the like to wear always and for a long time to come.

UL Line is design by Ulrika Lindmark and are more exclusive collections of unique jewelry. The inspirations comes from the nature and are soft female jewelry that are made for more festive times.

Payment
All [ju:el] prices are stated including 25% VAT and for the moment just accepting Paypals as payment.

Ordering is done via the online store. Customers must be over the age of 18 or have consent from a parent or guardian in order to place an order.
After completing submission of the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer's registered e-mail address. The customer is then required to check that all the information is correct. If the information is incorrect, the customer must contact [ju:el] within 12 hours and provide notification of the error(s), otherwise the information will be considered to be accurate and the order valid and binding.

Shipping
All jewelry is made once the order has been placed. Orders are shipped within 5-15 business days. If not anything other is stated between [ju:el] and the costumer. Actual delivery times may be longer due to the time taken for postal services to ship deliveries, which is dependent on where the customer is located.

Orders will be sent by registered mail only.

Damaged goods
If an item from [ju:el] is damaged during shipment, regardless of whether the damage is visible or hidden, this must be reported to the delivery location from where the shipment was collected within 7 days.

Goods that are not collected
If goods are not delivered directly to the customer but must be collected from a central location, it is the customer's responsibility to do this within the time specified on the delivery notification. If you as a customer fail to collect the goods on time from the specified delivery location, the goods will be returned to [ju:el]. [ju:el] reserves the right to charge a fee of 75 usd for postage and administrative costs relating to uncollected goods. If the customer fails to pay this fee, it will be passed on to a debt collection agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellation rights/Money back guarantee/Exchanging goods
The customer has the right to cancel an order/return any product within 14 days of receiving the goods, if the product is unused and in the same condition as when sent. Returned products must be sent, well packaged in the original packaging, to [ju:el]. Products and/or original packaging that are broken in the return shipping because they were poorly packaged will not be refunded. [ju:el] does not handle returns relating to products involving COD (cash on delivery).

When returning goods, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. In the case of cancellations, [ju:el] will refund only the actual cost of the product. [ju:el] will repay this amount to the customer's bank account within 30 days of the goods having been received by [ju:el]. When exchanging a product, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any difference in cost is to be paid in full by the relevant party. If an order has not been received by the customer and the customer wants to cancel the order, [ju:el] must be notified of this immediately. The order will then be canceled if the order has not already been shipped.

Complaints
If a customer wishes to submit a complaint about a product, [ju:el] must be contacted as soon as the fault has been detected. In such cases, the product, the original packaging and the receipt must be returned to [ju:el] and the account for repayment stated. The receipt for the cost of the return shipping should also be sent to [ju:el], otherwise it is not possible to refund the shipping cost to the customer. When a claim is approved by [ju:el], the customer will be refunded both for the product and the return shipping cost.

In the event of disputes occurring, [ju:el] will comply with Swedish Consumer Complaints Agency. Miscellaneous: [ju:el] complies with konsumentköplagen (the Swedish Consumer Sales Act ) (1990:932) and distansavtalslagen (the Swedish Distance Contracts Act) (2000:274). Swedish law applies. For ALL returns, please contact [ju:el] for a return form. In addition to the return form, the product, its original packaging, the receipt, and the receipt for return shipping (if it is a complaint) must be sent, and the account for repayment stated.

Goods that are made especially for a specific customer are NOT covered by cancellation rights, exchange rights or a money back guarantee. If such goods from [ju:el] are damaged during shipment, regardless of whether the damage is visible or hidden, this must be reported to [ju:el] or the delivery location from where the shipment was collected within 7 days.

Jewelry
Jewelry is produced using a number of manual operations, which means that no piece of jewelry will be identical to another either in form or in color. [ju:el]'s aim is to maintain an as high as possible consistency in the production of its jewelry.

Information and pictures
[ju:el] accepts no liability for any typographical errors, errors in information or errors in the specification of the [ju:el] range of products and services. All pictures should be considered to be illustrative examples, and there is no guarantee that the jewelry will have an appearance or characteristics exactly as shown in the pictures.

Force majeure
[ju:el] shall be released from the obligation to complete the contractually agreed order if fulfillment of this is prevented or significantly impeded by circumstances that [ju:el] cannot reasonably control or predict. The following or similar circumstances can be regarded as grounds for such exemption if they prevent or impede fulfillment of the contract: fire, war, military mobilization, requisition, natural disaster, confiscation, currency restrictions, general shortages, shortage of transport, strike, lockout, if the company is exposed to criminal activities that affect the business, restrictions in terms of power or defects or delays in deliveries from suppliers relating to such a circumstance referred to in this paragraph or any other circumstances outside [ju:el]'s control which either prevent or hinder fulfillment of the contract to the extent that it cannot be fulfilled otherwise than with an abnormally high cost.
