CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Polymer clay jewellery is not recommended to be worn in water.
- Avoid contact with makeup, hair products and perfume as these may stain your jewellery.
- Brass components will tarnish over time. Simply polish with a jewellery cloth to bring it back to life.
- To clean your jewellery, gently wipe it with a lint-free jewellery cloth or a moist soft fabric.
SHIPPING
- Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days via Australia Post.
- Please note, Australia Post may take longer than usual to get your package to you due to COVID 19 restrictions.
- Please select Express Post if you require your order urgently.
- We currently offer shipping within Australia only.
LOCAL PICKUP
- FREE local pickup is available for collection from Rochedale, Queensland. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout for the standard delivery fee to be waived.
- We will send you a message to let you know when your order is ready for collection (within 1-3 business days) to arrange a pickup day and time.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of arrival, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we can organise a replacement (depending on the style of earrings) or refund you the price of the earrings.
