All beads in this shop are handmade by myself, no two beads are ever completley identical making every item one of a kind. I pride myself on my customer service background and do everything within my power to make sure your transaction and order runs as smoothly as possible.

Payment
At this time I only accept PayPal payments, this protects both you and I should anything go awry and you don't even have to have a PayPal account to use this service! If payment is not made within 7 days of buying the goods your order will be cancelled and the item(s) relisted.
Unless previously discussed, all custom orders will be a charged a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to creating your item, with the final 50% due upon completion and your approval. Goods will NOT be shipped until full payment has cleared.

Shipping
Each of the fab items you've bought has an estimate of when it will be ready to dispatch. 1-2 business days for ready to ship pieces and 5-7 business days on items that are made to order. Once your items are ready to ship, depending on the time of day, they will go in the post the same or the following business day whenever possible. If for any reason I am unable to get your items in the post when I expect to (unlikely as I visit the Post Office most days) I will email you.
I send all my goods Royal Mail 1st Class. UK delivery usually takes 1-3 days and overseas 7-10 days. I get a proof of postage for each item sent however this is not a 'guarantee' neither is the package traceable.
If you wish to guarantee you delivery or make your package traceable please contact me regarding a shipping upgrade. Parcels sent within the UK by Royal Mail Signed For service usually cost between £4.10 and £10.00 depending on their size and weight. For an exact price on your package or an overseas shipping upgrade I will email you with a price before sending. Once dispatched I will let you know when you can expect delivery.
Please make sure that your address and postcode are accurate in order to avoid unnecessary delays.
If you ordering from outside the United Kingdom any customs or VAT charges will be your responsibility.

Please bear in mind that photographs are taken in natural light and no alterations are made to the colour, however due to differences in computer monitors some variation in colour may occur.
I kiln anneal all of my glass beads and cabochons, this is a process that controls the rate at which the glass heats up and cools down, and relieves any stress points that there might be inside the glass. Stress in the glass is not visible but could cause the bead to crack at a later date. Please keep in mind that they are still glass and they can break when dropped on a hard surface.
My beads pose a choking hazard and are unsuitable for small children.
I am committed to protecting your privacy. All information will be collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The information given at the time of ordering will be used only by me and will not be distributed to any other companies or individuals.
I will only use your information for the following purposes.
1. To process your order or for the return of goods requested by you.
