Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the colors?
White is bright (stark) with a blue undertone, Diamond white is a off white with ivory undertones and looks white to the eye. Ivory is cream and will look cream to the eye. When compared to a off white or white color is will look like it has a yellow tint. Champagne is a very dark ivory with a brown undertone.
Do you offer samples of tulle?
Yes, my samples are free. If you need samples just email me with your address and I am always happy to send them.
What if I order the wrong color?
I do not give refunds, but I will do exchanges. Email me if your veil does not match your dress and I will send out another color. You just pay for the shipping.
What is the turn around time?
Turn around times will vary depending on the season and the order. I will usually post my current turn around times on the front of my shop. If you need it sooner just email me and I am happy to accommodate.
How are the bridesmaids furs packaged.
I know most brides give these for gift if they are purchasing them. So I will roll them and tie them with tulle and put ribbon and bells. If you want me to use your wedding colors for the ribbon and tulle email me or put the colors in notes at time of purchase.
