1 out of 5 starsThe canvas was not correctly mounted on the frame. When placing the painting on a smooth surface, a corner was 4 cm separated from the surface. I have contacted Julia Apostolova on several occasions, she has tried to justify that the problem is of the shipment, but it is not correct since it occurs only in 1 of the 2 pictures. She has been unconcerned and has not solved the problem. Very bad experience. I wanted to attach the images that I sent to the seller in which the bad assembly of the canvas on the frame is shown, but it is not possible because Etsy only allows to attach images when the rating is 5 stars.

Ms Alonso, You have hang up the paintings in your living room, you wanted to know ''the story of them: Why did I paint them? What do they mean to me? Some curiosity or anecdote about them'' and after 11 exchanged emails before 2 months, you left us an impression that you are happy with your purchase. Both has been sent in perfect stretched & packaged condition, arrived in Spain just for 4 business days & if any deformation has been caused during the shipping you should contact us within 3 days of delivery, NOT after 2 weeks! Now we can only guess what has happend 2 weeks later after delivery. We still wanted to please you as our client and offered solution, however we haven’t received any response from you yet. We hope you are still able to enjoy the quality & the beauty of the paintings

Care instructions
I ship all over the world. All paintings are packed very carefully in custom made cardboard boxes with layers of bubble wrap.
All Unstretched (Rolled) Prints on Canvas are rolled and shipped in extra strong 3mm wall cardboard tubes.
Damaged Items:
All of my paintings are professionally packed with great care, but the shipping is not under my control and accidents happen. When you get your painting (print) and if you have a doubt, that maybe have a damage, please open it in the Post Office (or in front of the courier guy) to check, BEFORE sign it. If it's damaged, DON'T take it! It is responsibility of the Post Office to return the item back to me and please contact me immediately.
What ''Rolled'', "No Wrap", ''Unstretched'', ''Ready to Hang'' and ''Stretched'' Canvas means?
▼ Rolled Canvas ( = Unstretched or No Wrap) :
Rolled canvas means that it comes without the stretcher bars. The print will have an additional 2.3" white border for frame or stretching. It will be mailed to you rolled up and shipped in a tube. You could then take this to a framer and it get mounted, framed, or stretched; or if you are really handy you can stretch it yourself.
▼ Ready to Hang ( = Stretched Canvas) :
Stretched canvas means Ready to Hang Canvas, stretched on 1.6" bars with mirrored sides. No need framing or stretching. Just hang up on your wall and enjoy it!

No problem! The most common options are all available here: JULIAAPOSTOLOVA.etsy.com . If you don't find what you want there, please contact me. I paint all paintings and in your own size and color preferences. Also I can print any image at your own size, just let me know.
Do you do custom commissions or requests?
Yes, I do. Feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns or for any custom artwork requests and special orders. I'll be happy to create something special for your home or office.
Is my shipping tracked?
Yes, it is. I will send you a tracking number which will enable you to track your package. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected delivery date.
All shipments will require a signature on delivery.
International buyers
International buyers are responsible for any customs/taxes/duty fees if applicable.
