Returns and exchange details
• If item has a significant defect, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
• Please provide clear pictures of the defect. Upon receiving photos, I will gladly send you a replacement or refund.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:
• Unauthorized returns will not be honored and returned to sender unopened.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES / WRONG ADDRESS:
• If Buyer refused a package, failed to claim a package at the Post Office or failed to reschedule a delivery with their Postmaster, the package is considered "unclaimed". No refunds will be issued for lost "unclaimed" packages.
• If package returns to me deemed "Undeliverable as Addressed" due to an incorrect or incomplete address, provided by the Buyer, only item price minus 25% restocking fee will be refunded. The shipping cost is not refundable.

CANCELLATIONS:
• You can request cancellation within 4 hours of payment. After that the production starts and we won't be able to reverse the process.

• Due to nature of the digital products all sales are final.
However I will do my best to answer your questions and help to resolve any issues.

Most items shipped from USA and some from Canada.
• ORIGINAL PAINTINGS shipped by Canada Post Expedited / USPS or UPS within 1-3 business days after receiving a cleared payment.
• LARGE PAINTINGS 30"x40" and over shipped by UPS or FedEx. Custom/brokerage fees may apply.
• The Artwork packed with a great care. Paintings are insured, tracking number provided.
• GICLEE PRINTS ON CANVAS and FRAMED PRINTS shipped by USPS or FedEx within 4-6 business days after receiving a cleared payment.
• The transit time may vary. Please understand that any delays due to customs, accidents, weather conditions or Post Office malfunctioning is out of our control. No refunds will be issued for delayed deliveries. See more details about production and delivery times in the listings.
USA BUYERS of Original paintings shipped from Canada:
• Please note that you are responsible for paying all applicable custom and brokerage fees in your country upon delivery of your package. I have no knowledge or control over those fees and I am not authorized to collect them, nor are they included in your purchase price or shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs
• When photographing my Artwork, I make sure that photos reflect the colors of the paintings with maximum accuracy. However, due to different monitor and printer settings, a slight color shift can be expected.
• Lighting in the room, where you plan to place the artwork, is also important, because each painting looks different in different light.
