I am now doing business under my new name, Machine In Hand. https://www.etsy.com/shop/machineinhand
Visit me there and come see all the new woven goods on offer!

My favorite part of weaving is creating pattern through structure. The process of creating woven cloth on a floor loom involves warp and weft yarns, threaded patterns, and rhythmic foot treadling. This structural endeavor has tactile purpose: to create touchable, wearable, functional cloth for a multitude of uses.

I am a sculptor and weaver with a love for woven structures as a means of creating color, pattern and function. My favorite materials are cotton, linen, silk and wool. When not weaving, I can be found baking, making pots of tea, and adventuring in whatever city I happen to be in. I aim to provide a fresh and contemporary viewpoint on woven cloth.
