Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of digital purchases, there are NO refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. In the event you do not see the downloadable files in the download window, please contact me and I will send you the files as timely as I can through Dropbox. Please note I process all orders and questions in the order I receive them, so your patience is appreciated during busier days!
**REPRODUCTIONS & GICLEE PRINTS
All reproductions and prints are final sale and NON-refundable. However if the product is damaged, please email me with photos of the art and I will give you further instructions on how to replace your piece.
**ORIGINAL ART
My original paintings are like children to me and I want them to be in homes where they are loved. If you are unhappy with your purchase mail the item back in it's original condition within seven days of receiving the artwork.
I will refund your money as soon as I receive the artwork back in the condition it was sent minus the shipping cost & a 25% restocking fee with in 7 days.

All Giclee Prints on canvas come stretched and are ready to hang.
Once you place your order it will be processed within 1- 3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected delivery date. I use a third party "drop ship" company to reproduce and ship my giclee prints, when I receive the tracking information I then pass the information onto you.
Depending on your location determines which manufacturer I work with and they all have variables in shipment turnaround time. Please be patient and know that your piece has been processed with in the 1-3 day window.
Expect a 4-6 week turn around time as each reproduction is individually printed and hand-stretched.
