My journey as an artist.

I began beadmaking in 2004. Over the last several years, I have taken extensive classes from world famous instructors. I have studied in Victoria, Edmonton, Red Deer College, Las Vegas and Italy. While visiting Italy in 2009 and 2012, I went to the island of Murano where the glass is made that I use in my lampwork.

My work reflects my admiration of color and free form styles. Devoted to creating miniature magnificence, my designs offer multiple layers of incredible inner beauty.

I have won recognition by placing second and third in competitions at the Glass Craft and Bead Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. My work has also been published in a book written by Debby Gwaltney, The Beader's Handbook on Lampwork and the summer 2010 quarterly publication of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers, The Glass Bead.

I joined the International Society of Glass Beadmakers in 2005 and am also a member of Self Representing Artists, SRA #V22. I belong to the Fireflies, an Edmonton based group dedicated to lampworking and presently the only Canadian chapter of the ISGB.

My goal is to be recognized by my peers as a proficient artist. Each year I continue to gain more experience and skill, thus getting closer to achieving that dream.

I sell my creations at select shows in and around Edmonton and here at Private showings are available upon request.

This shop accepts Paypal, credit cards, money orders and personal cheques. Payments and personal cheques must clear before your merchandise is shipped. Please make payment at time of purchase.
Local orders will enjoy free shipping. Please contact me before purchase,
"Shipping" includes visible face-value of postage, cost of envelopes, bubble-wrap, paper, labels, packaging tape and the labor involved with carefully packing your item(s) and delivering them to the post office.

I do not make money on shipping. So far, shipping items have cost more than what my customers have paid. This is ok with me because nothing turns me off more than people making a profit on shipping costs.

I ship Canada Post. Standard shipping methods DO NOT PROVIDE TRACKING. If you want an item shipped with tracking or insurance, shipping costs will increase significantly. Please convo me with a specific request. I know tracking to the US is $14.50. Again - PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU PAY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TRACKING.

Small items are carefully wrapped and come in an organza or velvet bag.
The larger (totems) items will be packed with popped pop corn (unsalted, unbuttered).

***Please notify me if I am shipping to a different address other than yours.***

US and international orders can easily take 4 - 6 weeks, although the norm to the US is 10 - 12 business days - overseas (Europe/Asia/Australia, etc.) usually, the full 4 to 6 weeks. Items are occasionally held up at customs which will make delivery time longer.

Canadian orders - usually a week or so but may also be 2 weeks; if you're from Canada, you know what I mean.

I offer a refund if you have not received your item in 20 business days to Canada; 30 business days to USA and 60 business days overseas
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of the products that I make and the fact that there are 5 photos for you to view in the listing, I do not take returns.

If an item arrives damaged, I will be pleased to replace it with a similar item.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken during shipping, a replacement will be issued upon receipt of a picture of the damage.

Please know that you are a valued customer and will always be treated with courtesy and respect. Feedback is important for ETSY sellers, so after you have received your purchase, if you would kindly leave feedback, it would be very much appreciated! Thank you.

I occasionally accept custom orders, depending on the request. Custom orders are 50% more than the regular prices in my shop.
