Announcement
Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop! Here you will find my artisan crafted, handmade marbles, small sculptures, blown glass and beads all created by me!
I use Italian Effetre glass that comes from Murano, Italy as well as small amounts of American made coe 104 glass.
Please be mindful of the dimensions of each item so the size is realistic to your expectations. Size of most pieces is shown in the images.
For my photos, I place some of my items on a piece of frosted glass that sets atop a mirror. You may see a blurred reflection of the under side in some images.
All my items are properly annealed and meticulously cleaned. The inside of all transparent beads are laquered. Small items are gift wrapped and most are shipped in an organza bag or velvet pouch.
In this Etsy shop, you will also see some of my handmade toques and scarves, made with designer yarns.

5 out of 5 starsI found this beautiful gnome for my mother in law. It was on Pinterest. After poking around and finding this lovely artist on Facebook, I sent her a message stating I couldn’t find the exact one I wanted, so this outstanding seller made a post just for me ! How incredible! I would love to work with her again in the near future ! 10 out of 10! Awesome in every way!

About lampworkbyjulie
My journey as an artist.
I began beadmaking in 2004. Over the last several years, I have taken extensive classes from world famous instructors. I have studied in Victoria, Edmonton, Red Deer College, Las Vegas and Italy. While visiting Italy in 2009 and 2012, I went to the island of Murano where the glass is made that I use in my lampwork.
My work reflects my admiration of color and free form styles. Devoted to creating miniature magnificence, my designs offer multiple layers of incredible inner beauty.
I have won recognition by placing second and third in competitions at the Glass Craft and Bead Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. My work has also been published in a book written by Debby Gwaltney, The Beader's Handbook on Lampwork and the summer 2010 quarterly publication of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers, The Glass Bead.
I joined the International Society of Glass Beadmakers in 2005 and am also a member of Self Representing Artists, SRA #V22.
