✦ Can I get a certain design on a shirt/hoodie/mug/magnet/etc? ✦
Yes! It's usually possible and I am happy to move my designs around onto anything that you might fancy ❤

✦ I only received part of my order, is the rest coming separately? ✦
Yes, most likely ❤ Made-to-order items usually ship separately -- this includes apparel, mugs, vinyl stickers, and bags. If you order multiple made-to-order products then they will likely ship separately unless they are identical. Everything is tracked so feel free to reach out if you would like to check a tracking number or to request a status update. I'm always happy to help :)

✦ Can you rush my order? ✦
Made-to-order items take a certain amount of time to create and unfortunately I am unable to rush the production time. There may be an express shipping option (it usually starts at around 50$ for 2 day delivery), I am more than happy to look into the options if this is something you might need. Please let me know which item, the colour/size (if applicable), and your postal code and I will be happy to check out potential shipping upgrades for that item :)

✦ Which size should I get? ✦
Many listings have the size chart in the listing images, if it is not there I will be more than happy to send it to you <3 The length is from the collar to the bottom of the garment, and the width is the measurement from armpit to armpit.

✦ Do you do custom orders? ✦
Yes! Customs usually start at around $100. If you would like a custom order please let me know as many details as possible, starting with the size you are looking for.

✦ My item was damaged in transit :/ ✦
Have no fear, I've got you covered. Snap a pic that shows the damage as soon as you receive it, send it to me, and I will get a replacement sent out to you pronto.

✦ Is my item lost? ✦
Delivery normally goes without a hitch, but every once in awhile there will be a hiccup in the postal system. This is out of my control but I will always do my best to help. If your item is lost, I can send out a free replacement. Usually I will ask that you wait a couple of weeks after the expected delivery date to see if the item will turn up or shows signs of movement on the tracking and then we can go from there :) ~Please note~ that I have no insurance for shipments that are not deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. *You will need to pay for shipping again if it is returned for this reason.* I have had parcels that were returned/undeliverable for missing the word "Apt" or "Unit" in the address, so please make sure that your address is fully complete to avoid your shipment being returned to sender. Just a heads up -- returns can take a long time because they are not prioritized by the carrier the same way that outbound shipments are, this is unfortunately also out of my control.

No, unfortunately I cannot -- I have to remain firm on this policy. Many of my items are made-to-order, and for this reason I am unable to offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. I genuinely appreciate your understanding. Be sure to check the size chart before purchasing, if there is no size chart in the listing feel free to let me know and I will grab one for you. Rest assured that you are well protected in my shop. In the rare event your item is lost/damaged/defective I can help -- please send me a message ❤
