I have always enjoyed art and design. My Dad was a lithographer and chief designer for page layouts for major printing companies and my grandfather was an artist and made his living painting and teaching his craft. Both were highly talented in art and design. When I was a child I loved to draw. As I grew up and became a young adult I traveled the local art fair circuits with my watercolors and oil paintings. A number of years later I studied to become a floral designer and worked in that field for about 25 years. It was during that time that I started to delve into making jewelry. Little did I know that would turn into making rosaries and christian jewelry. I kept hearing a whisper in my ear, "Rosaries, Rosaries," and finally answered the call. I love what I do now and get great satisfaction from creating items that people love and appreciate. If there is a problem with your order please contact me immediately and I will do my best to rectify the situation. Should a return be necessary your account will be credited for the applicable amount you paid less $5.00 for restocking and handling fees. Items will be shipped within 1-2 days, or if needed as soon as payment is received and cleared (unless it is a custom piece which can require an additional 1-2 weeks prior to shipping) Custom pieces typically require conversations between my customers and myself. I will send you some sample photos, based on our conversations, with prices, from which you can make a final choice. It may be necessary for me to require a deposit on your order...it depends on our conversations and what you are looking to have designed and made especially for you. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.
I will send you an e-mail once your item is shipped and it will include the tracking number and insured.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Shipping charges include USPS First Class International postage/handling and insurance for value of the item. (see Insurance note below) Please remember it may take a few weeks to receive your order via USPS First Class International and you will also be responsible for tariffs, taxes, etc. that may be due upon receipt.
INSURANCE- DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL.
It will cover the value of the item if it is lost or damaged during shipping . The postal service/and insurance claims office require a certain period to pass before a complaint for non-delivery/loss can be filed. Some of my rosaries and other items can be reproduced, but often they are one of a kind and therefore, cannot be duplicated. If this is the case I hope you will find another of my items that suits you just as well, and/or we can discuss a custom designed similar handmade item. It is a top priority that my customers are satisfied.
Additional policies and FAQs
There are different techniques which are primarily used to make a rosary. Here are 3 of the most popular.
I use the traditional linked method.
Traditional Linked: The rosary is constructed using metal eye pins which are inserted into each bead, turned at both ends, and then linked to the adjoining bead and chain. This method wears well and is long lasting. I offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY REPAIR on my traditionally made linked rosaries. If one should loosen, save all the parts, contact me here on Etsy so we can discuss the nature of what needs to be done. There will be no charge on eye pin repair or eye pin replacement. I will give you a mailing address. All you will need to do is cover the shipping costs and also include a self-addressed, stamped padded return envelope. It would be a good idea to add some insurance should the rosary be lost in the mail, which is certainly infrequent, but it’s just better to be safe.
With a “Strung” rosary, the beads are threaded onto “beading” wire one bead right after the other. Should this type of rosary be pulled, yanked, or the beading wire become weakened and break, the entire rosary can come apart, beads can be easily lost, and the rosary must be entirely remade.
Consequently, this is not my preferred method of construction.
Wire Wrapped: Each bead is individually wire wrapped several times & attached to the next bead and so on. This type of rosary construction is virtually unbreakable. It is labor intensive to construct. If you would like this type of rosary, I would be happy to discuss a custom order with you.
Disclaimer: There are small parts used in the construction of a handmade rosary and other jewelry items that could, for example, create a choking hazard to small children if swallowed. Swarovski crystal products contain trace amounts of lead and are not dangerous to handle but as a safeguard should not be put in one's mouth. By purchasing these items you are taking responsibility for their use and will hold me harmless for any misuse or consequences. Again, I appreciate your understanding. Thank you.
