Julie Rose Vintage is a one woman shop. I take pride in finding beautiful pre-owned clothing, accessories and artful home goods. Every item has a history and a story - one that we can only imagine - that's why we love vintage! Although items may look perfect, they do have age and therefore all items are sold as is.

If you see an item that you absolutely LOVE and cannot afford the price, please contact me as some prices may be negotiable. Reasonable offers may be accepted.

I accept Paypal as it is the eaiest and most secure way of payment. Payment for domestic and international sales is due within 48 hours of purchase. If payment is not received within 48 hours the item will be re-listed unless you contact me by email to request more time. I am happy to reserve an item for an additional 48 hour period with an email request. After this 48 hour period, payment is expected within 2 days. If no payment is made the item will be re-listed.

For local sales in South Florida I will accept a postal money order for items being picked up. Florida sales are subject to the appropriate county tax.
Julie Rose Vintage ships items within 48 hours either by USPS First Class, Priority, Priority Flat Rate or Parcel Post (whichever is more cost effective) with tracking numbers. Items that are fragile and over $12.00 will be insured. For domestic orders, if you need your item to arrive sooner please let me know before shipment and I can use Priority or Overnight service, however additional charges will be incurred which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact me if you would like additional insurance on your item and I will advise you on the additional charge.

I am happy to ship internationally. Please contact me and I will let you know the shipping charges to your location. Julie Rose Vintage is not responsible for any additional charges relating to international shipping such as taxes or tariffs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Merchandise is carefully examined for flaws and these are described and photographed in the item listing. Measurements are carefully made and described in the listing, so it is the buyers responsibility to read and check meaurements prior to purchasing.

Therefore, I do not accept returns for items that do not fit or for flaws that were described in the listing. The only time a return will be considered is if I have truly misrepresented an item.

Please convo or email me to discuss your concerns prior to purchasing an item as I truly want you to be happy with your purchase.

In the event that we agree on a return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be returned within 5 days of purchase and in the original good condition sent (same as the listing photographs.)

All items are carefully packaged and all efforts are made to make sure your item arrives safe and sound. However, Julie Rose Vintage is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. However, if an item arrives damaged please notify me immediately so that we can report it. I will do everything possible to figure out a solution.
Additional policies and FAQs
Do not go by the item's size on the garment. Sometimes measurements on vintage items are different than today's sizes. Also, some garments may have been altered.
Please get a tape measure and compare the given measurements with a garment you own and that fits you properly to see if they are the same or close enough that you think it will fit your body. I do want you to be happy, but cannot take items back because they do not fit. This is something that must be checked prior to purchase.
