I wish that I could give many many more stars. Amby is an absolute joy to work with, her communication is excellent, and if I could have every single project bag I ever owned made by her, I would be so pleased. I cannot gush enough about how wonderful she is.

It's with a combination of nostalgia, sadness, pride, and love that I have to announce that I'll be winding Julip Bags down to a close over the next couple of months...I've had a number of major life changes recently, and as much as I hate to do it, I can no longer keep running Julip Bags full-time right now. What does this mean? I'll be stocking the shop with a few more updates of the "smaller" bags (EBTK, Lace and Sock Keepers, etc) to use up supply inventory, but I won't be updating the larger bags (Hannahs, Trenas, etc.) any longer. I'll still be accepting custom orders until, again, inventory is exhausted. Bottom line, though...if there's something in the shop you like, you may want to grab it now. And THANK YOU to every single one of you Julip Fans for making the past few years (since 2007!) SO memorable and rewarding!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

At this time, I am only able to visit the Post Office to ship out orders on Saturday, so all purchases made during the week will be shipped out on that date. If you have a "rush" order, please send me a SEPARATE E-MAIL to admin [!at] julipbags.com. Thank you!!!

Shipping
Unless otherwise requested, purchases will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy, so please make sure it's up to date.

~~~INTERNATIONAL BUYERS~~~
Unless upgraded at customer request, all international shipments are sent via First Class International, which normally takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please note that this shipping method cannot be tracked and does not include insurance. All customs fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Please also be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports, I may not be held responsible for any item held by customs. If a country prohibits the import of "sewn items" I am not able to ship one of my handmade bags there.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your Julip Bag! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and return it in original condition within two weeks for a full refund (less shipping costs).
