We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. Personal Checks and Money Orders are not accepted. We ship all items within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the US and Canada. Express Shipping is available within the US only - please contact us for pricing/details.

Your JulRe Designs LUXE Jewelry will arrive carefully wrapped in soft, black velour drawstring pouches (perfect for proper storage) at no extra charge. COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAPPING in our signature glossy black gift box with coordinating ribbon is available upon request.


We pride ourselves in providing you with accurate depictions and descriptions of our items. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding our jewelry prior to purchasing. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly take exchanges or returns for a refund for all items (unless otherwise noted) as long as items are returned within 7 days of receipt. We do require that you first call our Customer Care Center toll-free at (800) 711-5958 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # so we can quickly make the transaction for you. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and in the velour pouch or gift packaging they were shipped in. We strongly suggest that you ship items in a manner that includes delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


In the event that an item needs repair or adjustment, we will fix your item FREE OF CHARGE within 30 days of purchase. There will be a $15 per piece repair charge, plus shipping for all items requiring repair 31-60 days after receipt. For items over 60 days old, there will be a $25 per piece repair charge, plus shipping. Please note that if the repair or adjustment includes replacing broken or lost stones and hardware, the cost to replace those items will be added to the charges noted above. As our inventory changes often, some beads, stones and hardware may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.
