    JULS OF PARADISE SEASHELL CREATIONS

    No live shells or endangered creatures have been used in the creation of my Shell Art. The majority of my shells have been found on Florida's east and west coast beaches and on a few Caribbean Island beaches. I purchase some non-native shells to add color and variety. These purchased shells are a by-product of the food industry in the Philippines, South America and South Africa, so it really IS recycling! I do not use paint on shells as I feel that ruins their natural beauty; however, on certain types of shells, after cleaning them, I enhance them just a bit with a very light rubbing of mineral oil or a misting of matte clear spray. It brings out the colors of the shells as if they were still wet with ocean water.

    I will only enhance the iridescence of shells if specifically requested. Then I use my "very special tiny bottle of Mermaid sparkles", as shown on my very first "SOLD" item, on the "Creation Reserved For Theresa".

    Returns and exchange details
    Please read the descriptions carefully before purchasing and ask me all the questions you need to. I'll send more photos if you ask!

    CANCELLATION / DAMAGE / EXCHANGE / REFUND / RETURN

    CANCELLATION: To cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.

    DAMAGES: Please notify me within 3 days of delivery if you have any damage in shipment issues and I will address this with USPS.

    EXCHANGE / REFUND / RETURN: Because my items are very fragile and I do my best to package items for safe transport; I am sorry but I can not offer exchanges / refunds / returns, as I can't be sure the item will be properly re-packaged to prevent breakage on the way back to me. Please read the full descriptions of items and please ask if you have questions or need more photos to decide to purchase.

    I have sent many items by mail, nothing has ever been damaged in shipping. Knocking on wood right now! Most buyers have stated my creations exceeded their expectations. I hope you will feel the same way.

    I am currently shipping to all 50 of the United States of America and US territories.

    On-my-shelf items will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving your payment.
    Of course, custom creations take longer and I will keep you well informed.

    Packages are sent by USPS or FedEx, which ever is best for the size and weight of the package.
    Most deliveries take 2-3 days.

    The only hard part of my little shop is estimating shipping charges because every item is a different weight and size, and shells tend to be heavy. I base my estimates on shipping from South Florida across the country to Northern California. If the shipping estimate to your exact location is an overcharge, you will receive a refund. If I underestimate, my bad.

    As soon as I take your package to USPS/FedEx you will receive a message telling you the day to expect delivery.

    PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT an expert photographer, my gig is seashells. If you need more photos, just ask!
    Colors of items may vary in their appearance on my screen, your screen and how they look in person. Thanks for understanding. :-)

    My creations come from my smoke free studio, however, I do have a cute little happy boy-dog named Chase. He likes to 'help' and hops up to check out what I'm doing, so I always vacuum away any chance of stray fur/hair before I wrap my items for shipment.
