If you realize you've made a huge mistake directly after paying, just contact me and I'll give you a full refund. After you have received a shipping confirmation, though, consider yourself the proud owner of a Jumbo Jibble.
I will send you a note that I've received your order within 24 hours of purchase, and you will be notified as soon as the item ships.
Please take care to note in the shipping information of each item how long an item takes to ship out. That includes the time from ordering to creation to being shipped. Some items may be ready to ship within a day, while made-to-order items may take 1-4 weeks. If I am making a custom item for you, I will be sure to let you know how much time it will take between designing and making the item.
For gift items, I will happily ship straight to the giftee as well as include a personal note as requested. Please leave your desired words in the Note to Seller at checkout.
Most DOMESTIC items are shipped USPS First Class (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (1-3 days). My very large items like the Giant Carrot Body Pillow and Pickle Pillow, or large orders of pillows, will be sent Standard Post (6-9) to save money on your side. Tracking is included in your shipping confirmation. Shipping upgrades are available on all items-- but please convo me if you see any information missing.
Priority shipment options are set for individual items. I pick the lowest cost to the customer. Most unicorn horn items are sent in flat rate boxes.
Once tracking shows the package is in the care of USPS, I no longer have control over its movement. If a package cannot be delivered due to a wrong address, buyer is responsible for re-shipment postage. If you have had problems in the past, please have shipment sent to your place of business.
Please make sure your package may be delivered to a secure location. Customers are responsible for Items lost or stolen from your premises after delivery by USPS.
INTERNATIONAL orders are sent USPS First Class International by default. Note that this does not include tracking info past US borders. Choose the Priority upgrade for faster shipping (6-10 days) and tracking info.
Regarding First Class International shipping: Depending on the service in your area, your package could arrive within 10-14 days, but please allow 4-6 weeks for international deliveries before resending/refunding for non-delivery. If you'd let me know when you've received it- I keep track of the shipping times for various countries to help future (and repeat) customers.
Notice to EU Customers: VAT (Value Added Tax) is a fee levied on commercial goods. You can find more information about VAT here:
Please do not ask me to mark commercial packages as gifts on the Customs forms. This is illegal and puts both parties at risk.
RESTOCKING FEE (Regarding Unpaid Customs Fees)
If your package is addressed to a EU country, you will receive a message upon ordering regarding VAT charges. Customers who do not want to pay these fees to their government must cancel their order BEFORE SHIPMENT. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE is taken from the refund for any item sent abroad and returned for unpaid charges. Items held up in customs for unpaid charges are returned to me, but may be held up for months. Items in limbo can't be sold, and my two hands can only make new products so fast. This fee is not to make new revenue, but to encourage customers to make smart decisions that save us both time and annoyance.
Though some packages sent Standard Post or International First Class arrive much sooner than the maximums listed, I allow the Post Office 2 weeks for domestic and 4-6 weeks for international deliveries before resending/refunding for non-delivery.
Thank you for understanding! The mail is a fickle service depending on what country it is going through (and sometimes what that country is going through!). Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times.
MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING:
Due to the inability to list shipping discounts beyond 2 items, shipping for 3 or more of the same item may be inflated. Overages will be refunded. If you want to order multiples of something, please contact me in order to see if there is a discount. I will quickly write you up a custom listing with exact shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis. Agree upon returns are shipped at the expense of the buyer.

Note on gift purchase: If you are sending an item as a gift, please make a note of it at check-out and write what you would like the note to say. If no information is left, I will omit a gift note. Purchases are confidential, and I will not give out sender's info. So if you want your giftee to know who sent it, leave a note!
If you have received a package from Jumbo Jibbles without a gift note, I am sorry that I cannot give out purchase information. I do not want to spoil surprises!
