Welcome! Thanks to mom and grandma, I've been sewing since I was a a young girl. It's something that makes me jump up and down. I love creating items for my shop and I hope you love them too!

Returns and exchanges
I do accept returns on non-custom items within 15 days of the shipment date. Custom items are non-refundable. Items must be in original condition and unused. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise - please purchase insurance.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal and directly through Etsy. If you are using echeck through Paypal I will ship the item once the check has cleared.

All payments are due within 2 days of purchase. I will cancel your sale if you have not made arrangements for payment within this timeframe.
Shipping
I ship all purchase via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within two days of receiving payment. Please convo me for pricing if you are interested in an upgrade or insurance. I do ship internationally - send me a convo for rates. International shipments are sent at the buyer's risk. I cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive to international buyers. Most international packages do arrive in a safe and timely manner. Please convo me with any international shipping questions before your make your purchase. If you want to purchase insurance, please convo me for rates. I will gladly gift wrap your item for free. Just convo me or let me know in the "Message to Seller" secton.
