Welcome to the little world of JUNA Jewelry. My name is Judith. I am from Germany, but live in Canada since some years, with my friend and one fish, close to the mountains in a city full of Cowboys.

Since I can remember I am making something with my hands. My grandma was a seamstress and is probably the most creative and wild person I have ever met. I spent all my summers with her on an old sewing machine, learning how to make dresses or pillow cases. She always had these fine ladies coming to her house, standing in front of this huge mirror wall while wearing what was just designed for them. The idea of creating something beautiful or original for someone else who wears it, was my passion since than.

Some years ago I moved away from Germany. First to study in Denmark and Iceland, later to live with a beloved person in Canada. Redefining home has been an issue for me since. I miss my family and friends who by now live all over the world. A friend of mine and me, we started a tradition of buying the same piece of jewelry and wore it with pride, knowing the other person has it too. It became an invisible connection between us. I love wearing jewelry someone gave to me.

Living in Canada I was allowed to try new things as an artist. I started to create my own jewelry and realized I want to make jewelry for every friend and family member. This is how I started to design my friendship jewelry. Every pieces come on a card which has a nice quote to deepen the momentum of connection to the other person. These little pieces are wonderful gifts for everyone in the world who experiences leaving someone because of the choices we make in life.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

It is most important to me to provide outstanding customer service. If you, for any reason, are not happy with your purchase please contact me via ETSY email as soon as possible (latest 30 days after delivery) with your concern.

If an item is damaged or broken please contact me with an picture and a small description within 30 days after the delivery.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If there is no contact within 30 days of delivery date, refunds will not be accepted.

I will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange. I will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and a notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.

I recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that the customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. I will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.

I reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.

I am using high quality material, work with care and prove every piece for mistakes before it leaves my studio. In the unfortunate event of a broken item within 30 days after purchase, let me know immediately with a picture and describe the situation as clearly as possible. I will send out a replacement or refund material or work related issues.

I accept payment via PAYPAL, it's very easy, quick and safe to use.

If you don't have an Paypal account you can simply use your credit card through PayPal. Just choose the option PayPal and then find the "pay by credit card " option.

Shipping
All items will be shipped from Calgary, Canada with Canada Post. The jewelry comes in a handmade gift envelope with a personal note and will be securely packaged in bubble wrap paper.

If you require a tracking number, delivery insurance or faster delivery time, please advise me and I will adjust the shipping method and price of shipping accordingly. (Please let me know where you live!)

I send out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, whatever follows your purchase. If not you will be notified via email.

You will receive a confirmation when the order is shipped.

Your order will be shipped to the address on your Etsy account. Please make sure it is correct. I am not hold responsible for shipping delays or undelivered items due to a wrong address. If an item shipped to a wrong or incomplete address the cost of the item (not the shipping cost) will be refunded when the package has returned to JUNA Jewelry.

Shipping to Canada usually takes approximately 2-6 business days and shipping to the US usually takes approximately 5-7 business days (dependent upon destination and time of the year). Shipping to Europe 8-13 business days (sometimes up to 30 business days dependent upon destination and time of the year). Deliveries to Australia, New Zealand and Japan may require additional time (10-20 business days) for shipping, due to physical location. Delivery times are estimations only and I cannot guarantee accuracy. Unfortunately, once an item has been shipped, I have no control over delivery time.

I offer tracked shipping. If your tracked shipping was delivered to the address given to me through ETSY but you haven't received it, please contact your neighbors and your local post office.

US shipping includes FREE tracking.

Jewelry Quality and Care

If not otherwise stated my creations are made from 100% brass which was dipped in either 16k gold or rhodium silver. This beautiful finish is easy to care for to keep it as shiny as it is. Here are some tips:
• Wipe down jewelry pieces with a soft cloth after every use.
• Store your jewelry in a plastic bag or other air-tight container when not being worn.
•Avoid wearing your jewelry over night, during showers, workout, sunbathing. Lotions, sweat and water can affect the plating.

Can I get the jewelry in a custom size?

Of course, I'd be happy to adjust the length of your pieces.
For bracelets: send me the measurement of your wrist (an extension of 1" will be added separately)
For necklaces: send me the measurement of your favorite necklace. Note, I can't make the necklace longer than 16". (an extension of 2.5" will be added separately)

I do sizes for children, but please be aware that jewelry is not suited for children under 6 due to choking.

This is a gift, can I include a note?

Absolutely, please leave me your message in the "Notes to seller" textbox at checkout, and I will take care of it. Also: double check the address you want the gift be sent to.

Can I get another card with my jewelry?

Yes, you sure can. Please send me which card you would like to have in the "Notes to Seller" at the checkout.

Is it possible to get a custom card?

Yes, I offer a listing for custom designed cards. Note: If you order 4 or more cards (double or single) you get a custom design for free. Leave me your favorite quote in the "Note to Seller" during checkout and send 1-2 pictures you would like to see on the card via ETSY mail.

How long does it take to ship my items

I am shipping out every package on Monday, Wednesday or Friday, the next day following your purchase

The average delivery time frame is :

- Canada: 4-6 business days
- United States: 6 to 8 business days (can occasionally take up to 40 business days)
- Europe : 6 to 12 business days (can occasionally take up to 20 business days)
