***** We are trying to be more earth friendly that's why we are reusing packing materials and even our hangtags. No packing slips unless requested.
most of our items are vintage and have been previously worn and stored in closets for a long time, some items may show light to moderate wear. we will note major defects.
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
Payment is expected as soon as item is purchased. 3 Days after purchase and still no payment and no convos, we will automatically relist item and leave a negative feedback as NPB.
* We are not responsible for custom fees incurred during shipping, packages delayed at customs and for items lost in the mail. Shipping insurance is highly recommended.
* We also advise that vintage items will be gently washed or dry-cleaned prior to wearing or using.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. If you're unhappy with your order, please contact us within 5 days of USPS delivery! Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be in original condition and must be received in our office within 5-7 days (for domestic) & 7-10 days (Everywhere else) after contacting us. Refunds are given in STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. No cash refunds! Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
