I believe a handmade item is the most special. It's a one of a kind item that endured manual labor, sweat, love and likely some tears. It reminds us of how talented and creative we humans can all be. When you give a handmade item, you are not only supporting the crafter or artist, but also showing the receiver that you put some extra thought into their gift - paying close attention to their likes and personality. I hope you enjoy giving my handmade designs, as much as I enjoyed creating them.

All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances across all items.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I would like you to be completely happy with your purchase and believe you will be delighted with your handmade item; but should something be not to your liking, I will accept a return within 5 days of delivery, in the original condition and packaging, and will issue a refund, minus the initial shipping charge. .

If you think your item got lost in-transit, please notify me as soon as possible! I will do my best to replicate the item for you to send you a replacement. Please note, however, that since every item is handmade, your replacement may not be exactly the same as the original purchased item. I will provide replacements and or refunds for orders lost in-transit within 31 days of the shipment date only.

All refunds will only be accepted if you contact me before returning the item.
Shipping
Orders ship via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation, but not insurance. No delivery guarantees can be made but orders should arrive in 3-5 business days of shipment date. If you need a faster turnaround, please let me know - I can typically accommodate your schedule.
