So dainty and darling and ... just perfect. Just what we were looking for for our daughter's baptism. We did a double headband and she wore them on her forehead (as opposed to up on her hair) ... they look just adorable. Thank you so much!!!

Welcome to my shop! It's my belief that everyone should have unique, one-of-a-kind bridal accessories they adore for their entire wedding party. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

I only use quality materials and nothing goes out my door that I wouldn't be proud to wear on my own head. I am a complete perfectionist, but wouldn't have it any other way; this shop is my heart and soul, and I am so proud to make these creations for people who will love them for a very long time.

I put a lot of love, time, and effort into creating every single piece--and for that reason, they're not priced the same as manufactured pieces you might find in a bridal shop. I'm a one-woman operation with very young kids, and in order to maintain some semblance of sanity in my home, I plan very carefully what I will offer in my shop--great quality products with the most fair pricing structure I can.

The pricing for my designs are not negotiable; please be respectful and aware that there's a lot of work involved behind the products I offer in my shop.

Payment in full is expected at the time of purchase; however, if you have a special circumstance, message me and I'll work with you. (Ex: for wedding parties, a deposit can be made in advance to reserve your pieces if you're ordering multiples, and the rest will be required when everything is finished but before it is shipped.)

PayPal and credit cards are my only accepted form of payment at this time; items are not shipped until payment has cleared.

State and local taxes are charged for those who live in New Mexico.
I generally use first class or standard shipping from USPS, but shipping upgrades are available if you contact me before purchase. Shipping costs include materials required to ship. International orders generally incur higher shipping costs and vary depending on the location to where your order is being shipped.

Please double check your address before completing your order! I'm not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address and I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have shipped. I don't purchase additional insurance for items unless requested and paid for by the buyer in advance, with the exception of large orders over $500.

I do my best to ensure that customs fees are not added to your package, but when they're shipped outside the US, there's no way I can guarantee this won't happen. If customs fees are added, the buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, or fees. June Bleu is not responsible for international orders that are delayed or lost, and I do not offer refunds for lost, delayed, or damaged orders.

Most of my work is made to order, but if it's ready to ship, it will be noted in the item title. Ready to ship items generally ship within 3-5 business days of your purchase, while items that are made to order will ship anywhere from 4-6 weeks after purchase. Please let me know if there's a special event for which you need your order if it's before the 4-6 week shipping timeframe, but also be aware that if they're needed before a two week period, there will most likely be a rush fee depending on my queue.
Refunds and Exchanges
I like my products to be the highest quality possible and I strive to make all my customers 100% happy with their end product. But if, for whatever reason, you're not happy with your purchase and feel you can't leave me positive feedback for your order, PLEASE send me a message at ashley.gammill [!at] gmail.com.

That said, I do not offer refunds for products about which you've changed your mind; for that reason, I try to be as clear as possible about the size and quantities of products in each listing, so please read carefully before you buy! Because everything in my shop is handcrafted and I check (and re-check) to be sure every piece is up to par before they're packaged, all sales are final on all items. If you have questions about any listing, please send me a message beforehand to ensure you'll be happy with your purchase.

If you order products for a wedding or event and it is cancelled or postponed, your order is still final once payment is complete. I may be able to do some type of shop credit, but this might not be the case for all orders; please send me a message so we can hammer out details should you find yourself in this position.

If your product arrives damaged beyond repair upon receipt, please contact me IMMEDIATELY with pictures.

Rush order fees are payment for a service provided and are non-refundable. Taxes and duties incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for international orders which arrive beyond your expected timeline; that said, PLEASE note that my shop is based in the U.S., so your shipping time is IN ADDITION to the processing time listed on each listing. I do my best to get items to customers in time, but if you order something without acknowledging a reasonable timeline on my end with shipping, there's nothing I can do unless you contact me immediately upon purchase and ask for the order to be cancelled.
Additional policies and FAQs
Because each and every product is 100% hand crafted by me--and I'm human!--there will be some variation from the listing photos to the item which is shipped to you, though the size and color is pretty standard to each listing photograph. Please allow for slight color variation due to monitor and screen differences.

I am open to custom orders for almost any listing, unless the listing specifies that it's available in those colors only. Generally, it's best to send me a message before buying with a custom order request, but I can almost always fulfill most color requests on headbands.

For listings that include color choice: if you do not specify your preferences on colors and don't respond to further contact within 48 hours, I will choose colors for you.

Most of the year, I can accommodate rush orders on most of my made to order headbands, but in busy seasons--usually late spring through the end of summer--a rush order might not be possible. IF YOU NEED YOUR PIECE BEFORE A TWO WEEK TIME PERIOD, the cost for a rush order ranges on the order size, but is generally anywhere between $20-$30 (or more for larger orders). PLEASE, please, please email me before purchase and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please remember that this is a very small business; I do my best to accommodate all buyers, but sometimes I am simply too busy to respond or help with every request or rush order.
