Please keep in mind that all items listed are handmade to order and may vary slightly. Wall letters are for indoor use only, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of my items, I am not able to accept exchanges. If your item (s) has been damaged during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. If an an item breaks after shipping, once again please contact me and I will offer you a resolution based on the issue.
I currently accept Pay Pal for all orders. Payment must be received within 24 hours of placing an order. If you need to cancel, you have 24 hours from when the order was placed to do so.
All orders ship via USPS. It is my goal to have orders shipped with one week of receiving payment. However, it may take up to two weeks depending on how the world of June Bug is going. I will certainly let you know as soon as possible if I anticipate your order to take longer.
