Returns and exchanges
If however you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I'll be happy to try and work something out.
-Custom orders are FINAL SALES, NO returns accepted on custom order deposits or items.
-I accept returns on regular shop merchandise, however requests must be made within 3 days.
Returns back to me must be postmarked within 5 days of the delivery confirmation "delivered" (date on which you received the item) date.
-The item must be returned unused,and re-sellable, in the condition in which it was sent.
Refunds will be made via paypal once I have received the item back.This will include the cost of the item and the original shipping cost only---not the return shipping cost.
I can also exchange an item for an item of equal value -again, request must be made within 3 days of delivery confirmation date.
After 10 days, all sales will be considered final.

Incomplete purchases will be cancelled within 24 hours, and item will return to shop.
Shipping
Most packages and envelopes are shipped via USPS first class. Those over 13 oz will be shipped priority or flat rate, whichever is cheaper.
*Domestic orders will include delivery confirmation.
*Domestic orders over 30$ will include insurance and delivery confirmation.
*Please make sure your etsy and paypal addresses are updated and match.
If not, I will contact you and ask. If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours I will send your order to the paypal address.

-Please allow up to 8 weeks for international orders. Unfortunately, I have noticed an increase recently in shipping time... Such delays are out of my control.
-I will ship your item the least expensive way possible-which is usually 'first class'. Most of my items are lightweight and will not require a flat rate box.
-Items will be marked as 'gift' .
-I will reuse shipping materials as often as possible, and use minimal packaging. Gift wrapping is available upon request.
